“Can I just say that I have really enjoyed the past six weeks of training. Whilst my body is ready for a bit of a rest, I will endeavour to continue on the work I have begun though it may not be a quite the same.

I have found the training program to be excellent because I can put in at the intensity that I feel comfor…table with knowing that I am not holding anyone else up in the group.

You have mixed up the sessions so that we have never had the opportunity to become bored and slacken off.

Your attention to detail not only at the training sessions but also the follow up emails and encouragement that you have given have been beneficial to me.

“Just wanted to give some feedback and say a big thanks for the past 6 weeks.

I’ve really enjoyed the training and have noticed a BIG difference in my fitness and energy levels.

The training has been both an eye opener in terms of different excercise’s and general knowledge of living a better lifestyle through choices in food / diet. I thought the sessions were very mixed in terms of variety of excercises and different muscle workouts.

I pretty amazed how much my body / mind has adapted to the training / early mornings. At first it was a struggle to get up at 5.30am but now I found myself waking up automatically without the alarm at this time

Im going to continue some sort of excercise each morning before work mainly walking or bike riding.

 Count me in for the Jan sessions too.”
